About Us at Center Avenue Slice.
| It has been 8 years since I, Brent Dreier, started Center Avenue Slice, "The Slice" as we like to call it. In the beginning some of you may remember we were located a block down next to Drinks Bar. Our shop was a tight fit, but it was all we had and I was proud to call it my own. At first, I drove to the Strip District to buy products, though it was very little, it was all I could afford. Yet, slowly we grew to where it could have orders delivered by our vendors Nappies and Penn Mac. |

| Even then we knew that we needed to look for a larger location. Luckily there happened to be a T.V. repair store a block up that was looking to move for retirement purposes, so I jumped on the chance! As we worked hard at the shop, we also would run up and start the remodeling conversion at our new location. With the help of many talented customers we finished our kitchen with dreams of owning a dine in to go along…. |

| Moving on up...in the meantime my wife, Amey, could no longer work at my side for she was having a baby, our first child with more to come! We are a very family oriented business, you’ll come to find our children running around from time to time, just visiting Daddy hard at work. We are well staffed with the best of the best employees, all polite and as professional as they get. Each is quick and perfect on the quality of everything they make…. of course, no one is "perfect" and "mistakes" are made, however these are always handled gracefully and sent out quickly to please our customers.We all know each other so well the shop works now as a finely oiled machine! |

| The open kitchen atmosphere was created so you, our customers, can see and interact with our cooks on a personal note. It’s exciting to see a pie tossed in the air and how quickly everyone moves as the phones are ringing endlessly on a busy, busy Friday night. We make everything from our dough and sauces to prepping veggies fresh daily. In fact, Center Avenue Slice was noted #1 by not only the Trib. Total Media, but by the McKnight Journal and Gateway Newspapers as well. I feel our homemade pizza and the quality of our many items on our menu are as good as, if not better than most in our surrounding area. |

| The slice has catered to many events locally and in distance. You may have caught a slice at West Views Community Day or at a local business when they have a pizza party or a holiday company party or picnic, or perhaps a graduation or two. Think of us the next time you need catering at an event... we will be happy to work with you on a great menu that can fit any party size and budget. |

Currently we are opening up a dine in. It has been a long time coming but also a lot of hard work as well. Join us for our all you can eat night with a steam and salad bar. We also have fountain drinks and slush-puppy station for the kid in you. We'd like to give our thanks to our wonderful and committed customers and employees for their 8 years of patronage.
